We offer three share options. 1/4 Share, 1/2 Share and Full Share.
CSA Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the above CSA Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
CSA Share:
a. Share Type: 1/4 share, 1/2 share or full share as selected above
b. Duration: The precise start and end date will vary depending on the weather. We expect to operate from approximately June 1 through Thanksgiving.
c. Pickup/Delivery: Pickup will be at Bellemont Farm on dates to be posted. We DO NOT deliver unless it is by special prior arrangement.
Responsibilities of the Farm:
a. Provide a diverse selection of fresh, locally grown produce according to the season and availability.
b. Communicate any changes or updates to the CSA program promptly.
c. Offer occasional newsletters, recipes, or other relevant information to the Member.
Responsibilities of the Member:
a. Pay the agreed-upon share cost by the specified due dates.
b. Pick up the share during the designated pickup time or provide a suitable location for delivery.
c. Respect and follow any guidelines provided by the Farm regarding handling, storage, or use of the produce.
d. Notify the Farm in advance of any changes in pickup or delivery arrangements.
Risks:
The Farm will make reasonable efforts to provide a bountiful harvest; however, certain factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may impact crop yields. By participating in the CSA, the Member acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with agricultural production.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Contract in writing with reasonable notice. If the Member terminates the Contract, any outstanding balance shall be paid to the Farm. There are no refunds for early termination.
