VENDOR AND FOOD TRUCK LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
🚚 LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT
⏰ LOAD-IN TIMES
- Arrival window: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- All food trucks and vendors must be fully set and operational before gates open at 10:00 AM
- Late arrivals may not be allowed to set up
- With prior arrangement setup may be available the day or night before.
- Vendors staying Saturday and Sunday may leave setup in place overnight. Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage. The area is fenced.
🧭 ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
- Enter via Designated Entrance Only
- Follow posted signage and staff direction at all times
- Check in with Vendor Coordinator before proceeding to assigned spot
- Do not self-select parking locations
- Do not self-select booth locations.
🅿️ SETUP REQUIREMENTS
- Food trucks:
- Park only in assigned space
- Maintain 20 ft clearance aisle access at all times
- Generator placement must not obstruct walkways or neighboring vendors
- Stabilize all units (leveling blocks required for uneven ground)
- We are on grass
- General Vendors
- Setup only in assigned space.
- Stake your tent and secure with ratchet straps, or use weights.
- Note, we provide a SPACE ONLY. You are responsible for any tent, table, fixtures etc…
- ONLY PARK IN VENDOR PARKING AREA. ALL CARS MUST BE OFF THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS BY 10AM.
⚡ POWER / WATER / HOOKUPS
- There is no electric or water hookup available on site.
🚶 SAFETY DURING LOAD-IN
- Maximum speed: 5 mph on field roads
- Watch for pedestrians, especially staff and early attendees
- No backing without a spotter when visibility is limited
🕔 LOAD-OUT PROCEDURE
- No early departure without approval
- Wait for official “OK to break down” signal
- Break down equipment only after pedestrian traffic clears
- Exit following staff-directed route only
🚫 IMPORTANT RULES
- No dumping grease or wastewater on site
- No driving in pedestrian zones during event hours
- Maintain a clean, contained work area at all times
- Take ALL your trash with you. Do not use our dumpster.

- Please arrive with enough time to unload and setup for your set.
🧭 ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
- Check-in at ticket booth
- If you are unloading gear, park in the designated loading zone. Other vehicles must be parked in one of the general parking spots.
- Carry gear from loading zone to stage
🅿️ SETUP REQUIREMENTS

- Check in with our sound technician at stage and set up when directed.
- All tripods for elevated speakers must be weighted with sandbags.
- Speakers on stands must be secured with a lanyard.
🕔 LOAD-OUT PROCEDURE
- Carry gear out to your vehicle in loading zone and vacate the spot.
- You are welcoe to stay at the festival, but please vacate the loading zone spot.
- Please break down your setup promptly so the next act can get up on time.
