Vendors Wanted – Lambertville Sunflower Festival at Bellemont Farm
The Lambertville Sunflower Festival will be held at Bellemont Farm weekends (and Labor Day) from August 15, 2025 to September 13, 2026.
We are seeking vendors in the following categories:
Food & Beverage
Vendors must have either a) a food truck licensed in Hopewell Township, or b) a temporary permit from Hopewell Township.
- $150/day for 10’X20′ spot or food truck space
- Multiday Discount: 15% if booking all dates
Alcohol
Alcohol vendors must be fully licensed and insured with permit for off-site event.
- $300 for 10’X10′ Booth
- $500 for 10’X20′ Booth
General Merchandise
- $75 for 10’X10′ Booth
